I first met Ken 40 years ago, he soon became the most trusted and caring friend anyone could wish for. Over the years he acted like a father when I needed advice or a push in the right direction, or even a kick when I stepped out of line which was often. On other occasions he acted like the brother I never had. Over all those years Ken advised and mentored me in the art of Photography in such a way that every decent picture I make there is a little bit of Ken in it. The most valued part he played was that he was such a special friend, we shared our thoughts and secrets, our worries and concerns. We trusted each other with everything. I am proud to say we never shared a bad word with each other ever. Nothing can stop the shame I feel that I failed to thank you enough for all you did for me and nothing stops the pain of such a loss. I miss you Ken, life is not the same now. Steve
